This is a long read, but hear me out. Mark Schofield saved me a fortune. So my son was gifted a 3 foot tropical tank for Christmas with a very fancy filter. After two weeks of enjoying the lovely colourful fish, the filter got its first clean and that's where we ran into problems. First I broke the red clip that holds the valve in place. I phoned Pond Planet and ordered a new one which was delivered within the promised 24 hours and within the allocated one hour time slot. This was however just the start of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced.
After I reassembled the filter, it just would not work. In desperation I phoned Pond Planet again and Mark Schofield took the call. Not only did he stay with me on the phone and talked me through the whole process over TWO DAYS (and multiple panicked calls from me) while he worked through every possible trouble shooting scenario, he even helped me to see what I was supposed to do with a video call in which he explained step by step what I had to do next. Mark remained patient and never made me feel like a burden and time waster. I cannot recommend Pond Planet enough and I'd even go as far as to say, ask for Mark Schofield!!! Management, this man deserves a massive promotion and accompanying pay rise!!!

Had an issue they handled 100% professionally, this gives you real confidence in a business that does this kinda thing. looking forward to re-ordering again. Cheers guys..

This company knows how to run a internet business. I can highly recommend Pond Planet for I have placed a few orders over the past recent years & they have never let me down. Their excellent after sales service is what others strive for but few meet! Definitely 5 STARS!!

One star is too much.

I was placing a large order and it quite clearly stated on the home page.....Free delivery on all orders over £49.

My order was for approx. £150, yet I was still being charged £8+ for delivery. I cancelled the order.

I then I tried again for a £55 order. This time I spoke to someone about their false advertising. The guy that I spoke with couldn't have cared less, and I most certainly won't be using this company again.

Ordered a natural mangrove 15cm-25cm. I appreciate its natural but mine was 14.5cm and looked nothing like the image on their website.
They will keep £5 for delivery cost and I’ve got to pay for return plus they recommend recorded delivery.
Won’t use them again.
Mangrove looked great on line with holes in it for fish to hide, I got a poor little piece of mangrove like a block of wood

If I could have given no stars I would have.
I tried to purchase a fish tank for my partners birthday this weekend. I was contacted by a staff member to confirm a convenient delivery day. 40 minutes later I received an email to say they couldn't deliver to NI as it would need to be sent on a pallet and DPD couldn't do this.

bought a pontec filter set the pump is very cheep and flimsy a 1 inch pipe totally in adequate for the filter the filter is a 15000 lph the pump 2500 lph the company have been very unhelpful to the point i wont be using them again be careful with this company Pond Keeper ltd are far more helpful

I have ordered a few times now from Pond Planet and have always had a great experience. Very speedy dispatch (less than an hour after the order was placed!), well packaged and fast delivery. Customer service is very good too - for one order an item I had purchased was out of stock, and they were very quick to contact me to offer an alternative or refund. Prices are very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

Rang for advice on Tuesday 10h August, Tim was great explained in detail what was needed, ordered the Pressure filter rock cover, delivered 12.00 Tuesday 11th August, fits perfectly as explained, the customer service is excellent, first time used and will definitely use in the future. Thank you.

Highly Recommended!!! Building our Koi Pond and have had dealings with most of the major suppliers. We have been let down in one way or another by all of them, be it knowledge, promise of stock, delivery deadlines not meet and even appalling/cocky attitude! From our experience there is no Koi Pond Supplier that can match Graham at Pond Planet. Graham's knowledge, customer service, patience, and willingness to spend the time to answer all questions and found a solution is literally second to none. THE ONLY POND SUPPLIER TO DEAL WITH IN THE FUTURE. Thank you Graham!!!!!

Bought lots of stuff from them all came on time in good condition and at the best price. What i really liked was there big range which ment i could buy everthing i needed in one place. Also sent some things back and got a refund with no issues.

Excellent customer service. I had a manufacturing issue with some components (not Pond Planet's fault), not only did they replace the faulty components, they also replaced the other component that I had solvent welded to the faulty items :-) Very impressed. I will certainly use Pond Planet again.

Bought a Laguna pond pump in May 20 which suddenly stopped working on the weekend. Spoke to them this morning and was advised that the problem was likely to be fine grit in and around the stator but if I couldn't sort it to call back. Checking the instructions I found a small bag with a tool and instructions for cleaning the stator not covered well enough in the main instruction and followed these and resolved the issue in half an hour. Spot on support, thank you.

I was very pleased with the service I received, and how my fish food was packaged, I normally purchase this from my local aquarium shop but they have no idea when of if they will get this in stock again, so I will more than likely be buying from this seller again.

Delivered on time. The 32mm pipe I ordered is of good value for money. The BOYU 3 way valve I bought was crap and a waste of money, it leaked out from the front of the taps. Returns policy states I need to pay for returns postage plus £5 administration fee! I will be buying from else where.
